Sesame Street

I was feeling bold. So I did a manicure I've had on my mind for a long, long time.... Sesame Street! Who could not love this classic show? My dad even watched this as a kid! I didn't use a base coat because my Essie Grow Stronger was getting too thick for my liking, and I decided my nails would be okay. They weren't. Don't skip on the base coat! EVER!

Yellow - Nails Inc. Belsize Park
Green - Sally Hansen Insta-Dri In Record Lime
I used acrylic paint for the characters.

I took these off and my thumbs and ring fingers were stained SO green! It looked like I was wearing a color still. I don't like to buff out the top layer, because my nails break easily as it is, but I had to. The polish also started curling a bit by the time I had taken this picture, so sorry about that too.

Topped off with, of course, Seche Vite.
